If you are not happy with the products you receive, return them to us unused and undamaged within fourteen days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. We will not contact you to question your decision or to try to change your mind.
Shipping/Delivery policy
Every effort will be made to ship your products at the earliest possible opportunity and we tell our customers to expect receipt of their goods within seven to 14 days inside the United Kingdom and no longer than 28 days if sent by airmail or Parcelforce outside the UK. Although this is what we state in our small print, the reality is that the time taken to receive our goods is often considerably shorter. Customers in the UK can receive their orders within 48 hours, airmail destinations in Europe are reached in 3-4 days and the rest of the world from 5-7 days.
In the unlikely event of certain items being in short supply due to excessive demand it may be necessary to re-order lines from our local suppliers. Where any good is temporarily out of stock you will always be emailed with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and a full refund will be given.
Prices including taxes
We have extensively researched the market to ensure that our prices are competitive for the quality and workmanship involved. You are not penalised for ordering small quantities and postage is added to your final order based on the weight(s) of the items at U.K. Royal Mail standard rates, either inland or airmail. The only exception to this is any order over 2kgs to outside the United Kingdom, where the goods will have to be sent by Parcelforce and postage will be added accordingly.
Included in the prices for bedding items is value added tax charged at the UK standard rate of 17.5%. All other babywear items and clothing are UK vat zero rated.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. If you think this might apply please contact the Customs and Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched for details.
Export restrictions
We will attempt to deliver to all parts of the World. If there are any export restrictions in place and the goods are returned unopened a full refund will be given.
Whether payment is required in advance
We will gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch (Maestro), Delta and all other major credit/debit cards. You may also fax your order with credit card information, or mail in your order with credit card information or send a cheque/postal order. Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Weanie Wear Ltd and sent to the registered office. Any cheque in payment of goods will need to be cleared, which takes four working days from being banked, before the order can be despatched.
