To make an order you need to create an account by clicking on the 'sign in' button above the product categories on the left hand side of the home page. This will take you to a registration page, which will ask if you are a new or returning customer.

If you are a new customer you will need to click on continue which will lead you to a page where you can register your personal details. At the end you will also be asked to make and confirm a password. This needs to be at least 5 characters long and can be either alpha or numeric. Please ensure that your password is kept secret at all times but is memorable to yourself so that it can be recalled easily. If however you have forgotten your password don't worry just follow the prompts when you sign in as a returning customer.

Once you have registered it is easy to shop by clicking on any product category listed on the left hand side of the Home Page. This will lead you to a page that gives you a brief introduction as to what's on offer followed by the products under this category which are for sale. Where there is more than one page for a category follow the navigation by clicking on the next number at the bottom of the page.

For each item you will notice a product name and price as well as a small image of the article. If you are interested in any of the items and want more information you can click on the product name or 'buy now' to the right of each entry and you will go to a page where you will find a brief description of the product together with its material content. Also on this page you can click to get an enlarged photo, and specifications of colour, size, short sleeve/long sleeve, etc by way of dropdown menus. If after closer inspection you would like to buy the product, make your choice of colour, size, etc by using the dropdown menus and click on 'add to cart.' This will then form part of your order that you will pay for at 'checkout.'

When paying for your order please ensure that you choose the correct currency from the drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen. Please note that you can order as little or as much as you would like, that is you could order just one item and checkout or you can order a number of items and more than one of any item displayed, providing we have the number required in stock.

Also, you will see at the bottom of these pages a prompt 'Reviews' which will lead you to written pieces that other customers have made about the product and there is also a facility to write reviews yourself!

At anytime during shopping you can click on 'Cart Contents.' to review what you have bought or 'Checkout' where you will be guided through the order and payment process. These prompts for clicking are clearly marked at the top of each web page.

Please be aware that to complete the order process you will briefly be taken away from the WeanieWear website to a Barclays secure area where you will be asked for your credit card details after which you will return to our website to finalise your .checkout.. An email will be sent to each customer confirming their order.
